Return Policy
We want everyone who visits our store to be satisfied with their purchase - but we understand that damages can be unavoidable at times. 
Be advised that we go the extra mile to ensure  every specimen is wrapped, secured, and protected before we ship it to the buyer.

Photos and documentation are mandatory before shipment begins to protect us from fraudulent returns and damages that do not fall back onto us as the source causing the damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it left our care.
We are not responsible for damages or loss once the item is shipped. 

The item MUST match our photos and documents.

Have your receipt for proof of purchase 

We allow a 48 hour window to contact us to initiate the return. You must provide pictures AND show when the delivery was completed.

We are not responsible for any fees associated with returning an item.

The item must be secured and protected in a heavy duty box and correct wrapping that is similar to how it was received.

We offer REFUNDS with the ONLY exception for an exchange being any listing that falls under our “classroom kits” category on our website.

This is entirely based on the fact exchanges are nearly impossible considering each and every piece we offer is unique, and one of a kind.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
