To eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the exact condition you received it, unaltered and undamaged.
- It must include all original packaging, labels, and certificates
- A photo of item repackaged in the correct, secure format similar to how it was received to ensure the item is less likely to endure damage once the item is shipped back to us.
Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Insurance Recommended: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund if the item is lost or damaged during its return transit.
